Pathways to Formation
This is not one-size-fits-all care. Each pathway is designed to meet you where you are — and move you forward. Because the goal was never just to feel better.
It's not about feeling better — it's about finally becoming.

Individual Therapy
Deep, one-on-one work focused on understanding, restructuring, and embodying who you are becoming.
This is not just talk therapy. Identity Work is a structured, intentional process of excavating who you have been — and building who you are becoming. Through one-on-one sessions rooted in The Mayes Method™, we move beyond symptom management into the architecture of self. Whether you are navigating life transitions, relational wounds, or internal conflict, each session is tailored to your unique formation.
Approaches Used

Couples Counseling
Rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and create new patterns rooted in clarity and accountability.
Relationships don't just break — they reveal. Relational Repair is the process of understanding what patterns have formed between two people, and consciously building something new. We create a safe, structured space where both partners are heard, challenged, and equipped to move forward — not just together, but more fully themselves.
Approaches Used
Anxiety & Depression
Address internal overwhelm through evidence-based, identity-centered approaches.
Anxiety and depression are not character flaws — they are signals from a system under strain. Emotional Regulation & Restoration goes beyond coping strategies to address the underlying structures that keep you stuck. Using evidence-based, identity-centered approaches, we help you understand what your nervous system is communicating and build the internal capacity to respond rather than react.
Approaches Used
Trauma Therapy
Healing what words alone cannot reach — processing the past to reclaim the present.
Trauma doesn't live only in memory — it lives in the body, in patterns, in the way you move through the world. Trauma Processing & Integration uses gentle, evidence-based approaches to help you move through what was frozen, reduce the weight of the past, and reclaim your sense of safety and wholeness. This is not about reliving — it is about releasing and restructuring.
Approaches Used
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Change the structure of your thinking — change the architecture of your life.
Cognitive Restructuring is the practice of identifying the thought patterns that have shaped your reality — and deliberately building new ones. CBT is one of the most well-researched approaches in clinical practice, and within the Lab it serves as a foundational tool for formation. We don't just challenge negative thoughts; we rebuild the cognitive architecture from which your decisions, relationships, and identity emerge.
Approaches Used
Group Therapy
Heal in community. Become in the presence of others who are also becoming.
There is something that happens in community that cannot happen alone. Group Formation brings together people navigating similar experiences in a facilitated, structured environment designed for both support and growth. You will not just receive insight — you will practice new ways of being in real time, in relationship, with others who understand.
Approaches Used
